区创业投资有限公司合资成立的封装测试存储集成电路的工厂。近日宣布即将设立的新的
研发中心——奇梦达存储产品研发中心（苏州）有限公司将在2007 年10 月启动，其位于
奇梦达设在苏州工业园区负责组装和测试内存IC 奇梦达工厂内，将帮助奇梦达实现扩大和
多样化产品组合的目标。苏州研发中心是由奇梦达全资所有的独立实体，它将对奇梦达现
有的西安研发中心形成补充，同时把业务重点放在全方位产品开发上，包括产品规格、电

Job Description:
. • Full-custom design for digital and analog circuits in the DRAM techn
ology
. • Circuit design of functional blocks in memory
. • Circuit optimization and verification through simulation
. • Chiplevel simulation and verification
. • Test modes design for testability
. • Verification of the circuit layout
. • Layout of individual circuits and functional blocks in memory
. • Layout optimization w/r to area and parasitics
. • Full chip assembly and verification
. • Support of design characterisation and analysis

Requirements:
• Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Microelectronics, Electronic Enginee
ring, or related field
Experience, Knowledge:
. • Computer knowledge: Windows, UNIX, MS Office Software
. • Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motiv
ated teams
. • Good communication skills
. • High grade of flexibility
. • Highly motivated and engaged
. • Semiconductor device physics and process technology know how appreci
ated
. • Experience in layout, digital analog and/or mixture signal IC is des
irable
. • Experience in full customer ASIC design is desirable
. • Experience in solid state memory/DRAM design is desirable

Languages:
. • English (good)
. • Chinese language skills are beneficial

Job Description:
. • Design verification and analysis of new Memory products
. • Electrical characterization of parameters specified in the data shee
t
. • Definition and programming of test contents and conditions for Memor
y production testing (wafer, component, and module)
. • Optimization of design and test content to achieve both high yield a
nd excellent quality
. • Simulations and analyses together with responsible circuit designers

. • Optimization of program run time
. • Pass/Fail chip correlation of different program versions
. • Development of analysis tools and program logistics
. • Support of production sites on test programs related issues

Requirements:
• Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Enginee
ring, or related field
Experience, Knowledge:
. • Computer knowledge: Windows, UNIX, MS Office Software
. • Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motiv
ated teams
. • Good communication skills
. • High grade of flexibility
. • Highly motivated and engaged
. • Programming skills (preferably C++, Assembler) are beneficial
. • Semiconductor device physics and circuit design know how appreciated

. • High frequency measurement know how is beneficial
. • Experience in DRAM test and analysis is desirable
. • Experience in DRAM tester programming (Advantest) is desirable

Languages:
. • English (good)
. • Chinese language skills are beneficial
