Main accountabilities:
-Meetings / workshops: preparation of material, logistic, meeting minutes; -Follow-up of action plans related to QMS implementation; -Leading of workshops: collect of data, compilation of process descriptions; -Support in writing procedures / templates / guideline: interview of operational people, typing (flowcharts), follow-up of reviewing; -Preparation of training material on various QMS topics including local procedures -Compilation of metrics
Qualification -Bachelor Degree or above; Background in either Quality or Business/Management or HR would be appropriate; -Understanding what is a Company and the different functions; -Good Capability of understanding/ Communication / Listening / Leadership -Knowledgeable on communication tools (brainstorming for example) -Software skill: -PowerPoint: creation of training material; -Excel: for creating tool for follow-up and measurement; -Word: creation of procedure, guideline, templates,...) -English speaking so as to be able to communicate with Corporate; -Autonomy, but able to report in an effective way; -Creativity; Motivation; enthusiastic.
Other request: -Candidate shall be available to work at least 3 full working days per week. -Contract will be at least 6 months; |
