Technical support engineer (Intern)-00001930
Description
1. Secure a proper technical support for all kinds of tasks that are relevant to Mylearning in China region, including:
· Help end users to solve all kinds of problems
· Communicate on Mylearning issues and improvement with global.
· Develop local reports according to the demand
· Be responsible for Mylearning training within China region
2. Be responsible for doing invoice, inputting into MUS as well as billing out
3. Be responsible for creating and maintaining service order and sales order in MUS as a member of Order Desk.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree above in software engineering, Computer Science or Computer Communication.
Technical ability to participate in issues and functions reviews on software at various platforms, such as community forum, conference call, email, etc.
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Communication skills, in order to be the voice of software user in various technical forums.
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a cross function team and get things done by communicating the people from different department.
Highly motivated and fast learning capability. Can work efficiently and carefully.
