Job title: HR payroll Intern
Work location: Pudong, Shanghai

Description
In this position, you will be executing HR Service related operational activit
ies in PRC payroll team, and your responsibilities will include but not be lim
ited to:
Providing accurate monthly data to payroll/payroll vendor to ensure employees
get correct benefit
Supporting functional data transactions and JV booking activities if needs
Involving cross functional alignments within HRS and among other HR partners,
ensuring payroll is process in accordance with company compensation and benefi
ts policies and statutory requirements
Partnering with management and business organization in meeting their needs

Handling ongoing customer service issues related to payroll, benefits and trav
el and expense reimbursement
Engaging in vendors management and their performance improvement
Interacting directly or indirectly with government if there is any needs to en
sure all the policies changed are well aligned with business needs and others

Supporting functional internal and/or external audits to keep all the operatio
ns under legal compliance, providing analysis and scanning on function overall
activities risk assessment
Involving actively or even independently leading the project initiated from th
e business needs
You should be grade-3 BA student who will graduate in 2010.
