Service: RC Tax (Accounting & Payroll Services Group)
Location: Shanghai

Roles & Responsibilities:

PwC Accounting and Payroll Services Group is a special practice unit of tax professionals assisting our clients with compliance and consulting issues for their accounting and payroll issues.

We offer a full range of services to assist clients in managing their local accounting compliance, group reporting requirement, and also handle their payroll processing.

Accounting Services
• Initial set-up of accounting system
• Cashier services
• Bookkeeping services, which include preparing general accounting and bookkeeping package for PRC statutory reporting
• Compilation of management accounts
• Annual audit assistance
• Assistance with consolidated annual inspection for license renewal
• Financial review and analysis

Payroll Services
• Initial payroll set-up
• ayroll calculation and net salary payment arrangement
• reparation of individual employee pay slips
• ayroll report for local accounting entry and headquarter management
• reparation and filing of employees PRC individual income tax returns and assistance in settling any related tax liability
• Annual statutory assessment of social benefit contribution
• Assistance with external audits and inspection by social benefit authorities
Requirements:
We are looking for graduates from any discipline who can demonstrate:
• Flexible and open-minded;
• Ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge;
• Confident with a strong business sense;
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English;
• Accounting or English major is preferred;
• Teamwork.
