-Job Title:  OFT Commercial Specialist

-Degree Required: Bachelor and above 

-Major: Not required, logistics/ADMIN related preferred

-No. of Openings: 1

-Location: Beijing 

-Working Frequency: 4+ days a week from January to June 2009



Responsibility:

    Responsible for parts and products import and export process

    Manage inventory process

    Maintain any necessary log files  (purchase order, quotes, etc.).



    Handle administrative tasks  such as T&L reimbursement, sourcing, 

etc.



Requirements:

    Customer relations management experience. 

    Skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel. 

    Knowledge  of  commercial  concepts  and  terminology. Strong  wri

tten  and  verbal  communication  skills. 

    Ability  to  work  independently  as  a  problem  solver  and  pro

cess  improvement  driver. 

    Ability  to  interact  in  an  effective  manner  with  all  level

s  within  the  organization.
