The Microsoft Customer Service Team is looking for an intern to analyze the da
ta and to make the routine reports which are important for the team performanc
e. Handle the CS emails and local customer calls.

Requirements:
Good written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products
Good organizational skills
Good at communication
3 days at least a week, duration should be half a year or more
