Application Engineer
Responsibilities:
Implements the project management according to APQP procedure
Defines and documents the customer requirements (program timing, prototypes, fit, function, performance, service, diagnostics, etc.)
Implements the application based on standards and localization projects in coordination with the local partner
Discusses with customer engineers to understand VOC (Voice of Customer), issues the questionnaires to the customers, prepares the matching and specification proposal and the design work requests, and supports the project scheduling and cost predicting.
Provides the technical training to the various of groups (Internal and External).
Completes and submits on a timely basis all required internal information, reports and documents.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years work experience in automotive industry.
Excellent understanding of quality systems (QS 9000/TS 16949/ISO 9000) root cause analysis, and preventive QE techniques (FMEA, Control Plans, flow diagrams, PPAP, QFD, DFM, DFA, SPC, metrology and gage R&R, GD&T and ANSI )
Good interpersonal skill and team spirit
Proficient in office software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Self-starter with high customer focus
Strong team player who is able to motivate and lead other team members
Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with customers and local partner
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Chinese and English
Willing to travel both domestic and international.

技术工程师 Technical Engineer
职位描述：
负责与客户方的技术交流，了解客户的产品需求；
能够熟练运用流体模拟技术,进行新产品结构设计开发；
熟悉流体状态分析技术，对现有产品的结构和功能进行优化；
产品测试和管理系统开发；
协助处理产品应用中出现的各种技术问题；

职位要求：
1.热能或流体工程相关专业,本科以上学历；了解本专业的最新技术发展动态； 对专业业务知识有较强的钻研精神；熟悉传热技术的应用
2.优秀的英语听说读写能力；
3.能够编制设计方案，熟练使用 CAD和Pro-E 等相关软件进行设计制图；
4.有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通组织协调能力；
5.如工作需要，须到外地出差
