1.Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Report to whom: VP Marketing

Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
 Be responsible for new product planning/product definition, and be primary owner of product management over the product lifecycle.
 To provide marketing support to sales team, including market promotion material, product roadmap update to key customers, product strategy planning and support to ensure key design-win¡¯s.
 To identify and oversee product issues at marketplace and at customer site, interface with internal function teams to resolve the issues timely and to make improvement plan for future products
 To provide support for establishing industry partnership and alliance across the industry chain and to further develop the collaborative business relationship.
 To support on other marketing assignments within the team.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science required. MBA degree a plus.
 2 years SOC or DTV experience AND 4 year BD/Marketing proven experience, track record on defining new product initiatives as a plus.
 Strong customer and market oriented spirit, with good business sense and judgment.
 Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills are required, people management skill is a plus

2.Job Title: Senior Software Application Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
 Identify the customers¡¯ requirements. Deliver and improve the reference designs, related documents and application notes for customers¡¯ evaluation, design-in, and migration to mass production
 Customize solutions for the key customers
 Lead the efforts of integration of the third party solutions to enrich the offering solutions of company.
 Assist in FAE analyzing and resolving technical issues. Deliver solutions promptly.

Qualification:
MUST HAVE
 3 years experiences in DVB technology and/or Set-top Box software development, addressing one or all of the following items
a) Porting, integration and certification of CAS, such as NDS, NagraVision, Irdeto, Tongfang.
b) Porting, integration and certification of middleware, such as iPanel, OpenTV, MHP.
c) EPG, including SI/PSI parsing, channel lists and program management.
 Familiar with the software architecture and programming environment of STB/DTV development
 5 years embedded software development experience on a RTOS (such as Linux, VxWorks, uCOS¡­), including OS porting, device driver and/or applications development.
 Able to analyze and resolve technical problems independently.
 Good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
 Good communication skills in English both writing and verbal
 BSCS/BSEE or above in related field.
NICE TO HAVE
 Experience in embedded GUI is a plus.
 Experience in system testing and software configuration management is a strong plus.




3.Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
 Lead software solution development based on company IC products.
 Lead software & hardware co-verification for company IC products.
 Analysis product requirements and assess system risks
 Improve the development methodology and process

Qualification:
 Proven success in leading large scale software development
 Master at least two embedded OSs (linux, eCos, Nucleus,Vxworks) and at least one CPU (MIPS, ARM, etc)
 Ability to read and understand hardware documents is a must
 Experience in hardware/software integration is a must
 Familiar with architecture design methodology and tooling.
 Strong C & C programming skill is a must, Assembly language or Java skill is a plus.
 Experience with DVB technology (MPEG2 decoding and MPEG2 TS, etc.) is a plus
 Fluent in both written and oral English.

4.Job Title: Field Application Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Responsibility:
Acting as the technical interface to customers, collaborate with sales and marketing team to penetrate the target accounts.
 Responsible for providing on-site and network technical support to customers, including requirements analysis, product promotion and training, system evaluation, design review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, acting promptly to any technical issues of customers.
 Communicate with customers, build good relationship, collecting feedbacks, work with engineering team to improve the products and solutions.
 Aggressive in capturing new designs. Consolidate customers¡¯ requirements for new product definition.

Candidate Qualifications:
MUST HAVE
 Good C programming skill. Have good knowledge of embedded software development and 32bits CPU system. Experience in development with RTOS, such as Nucleus, VxWorks, uCOS, Linux and so on.
 Experienced in hardware design and debugging, including schematic design, PCB layout and test/analyzing equipments usage.
 Able to analyze and resolve technical problems independently.
 Good team-player with open-minded and proactive working style
 Good presentation and communication skills in English both writing and verbal
 BSEE or above in related field.
NICE TO HAVE
 Experiences in DVB technology and/or Set-top Box design is a strong plus.
 FAE/technical support working experience in semiconductor industrial is a strong plus.
